Registration Form Information:

This year’s Recital Registration we ask you to choose both a Dress Rehearsal time and a Recital time. Both will be held at Immaculata High School Auditorium at 240 Mountain Ave, Somerville, NJ

The Dress Rehearsal will be on Saturday, June 6th.
There are three dress rehearsal times you can choose from: Either 1:00, 3:00, or 5:30

Next, choose a Recital time your family can attend on Sunday, June 7th. Either 1:00, 3:00 or 5:30.

We also ask to please indicate the number of family members that will attend.

Please submit the following registration form as soon as possible to secure your time slot.
